Last year, I had the pleasure of capturing the beautiful wedding of Kuda and Jane at the stunning Horwood House Hotel in Milton Keynes. The festivities took place at the local church and the hotel, both located on the picturesque Mursley Road in Little Horwood, Milton Keynes MK17 0PH.

As a photographer, I was thrilled to have access to the reception grounds, which offered a variety of stunning settings for capturing the perfect shots of the happy couple. From rustic charm to classic elegance, there was no shortage of inspiration for creating memorable photographs.

The bride and groom opted for a dress code featuring bright colours, which perfectly complemented the rustic theme of the wedding. The staircase and hall of the hotel provided a picturesque backdrop for capturing both classic and modern images of the couple. See the pictures below:

However, it did present some challenges when it came to lighting. The church had high ceilings and limited natural light, making it difficult to achieve the desired effect. To overcome this, I set up two external lights with diffusers to create a soft and natural-looking light that would not create harsh reflections on the skin tone.
