How It Works
Booking
During the initial consultation for event photography, we will discuss your vision and goals for the event. We’ll go over the logistics, such as the date, time, and location, as well as any specific shots or moments you want to capture. We’ll also talk about your style preferences, such as candid shots, posed shots, or a mix of both. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have and get to know me and my team. Based on our discussion, we’ll create a customised photography package that meets your needs and budget.
On Event Day
On the day of your event, we will arrive on time to set up our equipment and get familiar with the surroundings. We will be dressed professionally, and take our personal hygiene very seriously, ensuring that we are always clean, presentable, and smelling good. We will work discreetly in the background, capturing candid shots of your guests and any important moments, while also directing any necessary group shots or posed photos. Our aim is to provide you with stunning and high-quality photos that perfectly capture the essence of your event.
Receiving Your photos
Postproduction in event photography involves the following steps:
- Image selection: I will review all the images captured during the event and select the best ones to edit.
- Image editing: The selected images will be edited to improve their overall quality. This includes adjusting exposure, colour, sharpness, and contrast.
- Album design: If an album is included in the photography package, I will design the layout and choose the images to be included.
- Delivery: The final edited images will be delivered to the client either digitally or in print form, depending on the package chosen. This is usually done in a time frame of 10 working days.
